    Atmosphere. Historic waterfront building originally built around 1890, filled with mounted trophies, nautical memorabilia, and a vintage UW racing shell hanging from the ceiling. Scenic Penn Cove views just outside the windows with the Cascade Mountains in the distance.

    Food. Famous for their Penn Cove mussels, fresh local seafood, steaks, prime rib, and burgers. Don't leave without grabbing one of their legendary house-baked cookies on the way out.

    Drinks. Toby's even brews its own house microbrew (Toby's Parrot Red Ale) alongside a solid selection of beers and wines on tap.

    Location and Vibe. Situated on historic Front Street in downtown Coupeville, with a towny, unpretentious atmosphere that has made it a gathering place for decades.
